Terms of Service

Engagements begin upon written agreement or purchase order. Payment terms are as specified in individual quotations. Late payments may attract interest at applicable rates under Indian law.

3. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, tools, templates, and documentation developed by us remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client-specific deliverables belong to the client upon full payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered in the relevant engagement period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond our reasonable control.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the agreement.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act in Hyderabad, Telangana.
